Most orders are shipped within 5~15 business days. Shipments may take longer than usual during Holiday periods .

We ARE NOT responsible for the duty fees caused by importing from Japan. Please note that customers may need to pay for the duty fees, since importing from Japan may be subject to duty and tax when the parcel arrived to your country.

Return and Exchange Policy

We DO NOT accept returns and exchanges for International order, except the below reasons: factory defects, sending of a wrong colors or sizes, or error on our part. And exchanges and returns can be made only if items are in an unworn and Unwashed condition.

Please note that duty and tax caused by the international shipping from Japan to your country WOULD NOT be refunded.

We have warehouses overseas and prepare items for delivery as soon as we receive an order.

Will be shipped within 5-15 business days after payment is confirmed
(e.g. Monday to Wednesday = 3 business days, Sunday to Tuesday = 2 business days)

*As of April 2025, shipping takes an average of 9 business days.

 ~How to order~

1. Order
Once we confirm your payment, we will place an order for your items.

2. Ordering and Inspection
When the ordered product arrives, we inspect it to make sure there are no defects.

3. Shipping
After inspection is complete, the product will be shipped to the customer.
You will be notified of shipment by email with a tracking number.
Tracking will be available after customs clearance, so you will be able to track your package on average 4-7 days after we notify you of the shipment.

*Shipping times are calculated based on business days. Ordering and shipping are not available on weekends or holidays.
*Examples of business days converted are as follows:
(e.g. Monday-Wednesday = 3 business days, Sunday-Tuesday = 2 business days)
* Normally, items are shipped within 5-15 business days after payment, but depending on the warehouse and logistics situation, it may take additional days. Please be aware of this in advance.

There may be slight individual differences in size and color depending on the product.
The color may vary slightly depending on the shooting location, your device, and monitor environment.

[About shipping]
Free shipping throughout Japan.

The tracking number will be reflected after the item has passed through customs, so tracking may not be possible for up to 4 to 7 days after the shipping notification.

* If the item is returned to us due to an extended absence, etc., and you would like it re-sent, you will be charged 2,000 yen for the round-trip shipping fee. Thank you for your understanding.

*Items that have passed the storage period will be discarded. We will not be able to reship or refund any items under any circumstances. Please be sure to pick up your item within the period.

[About cancellations]
We do not accept cancellations after payment has been made. Please check before placing your order.

 

[Returns and exchanges ]
If there is a defect or you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will promptly exchange the product for the same product or accept a return or refund. We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience. 

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us via the chat in the bottom right of the screen within 3 days of receiving the product to inform us of the product's status.

 If the item is in stock, we will accept a return or exchange, if not, we will refund your money. 

*Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges for reasons due to customer convenience, such as "the product was different from what I expected," "the size doesn't fit," or "I ordered the wrong product."

 

[About changing your order]
We cannot change the color or size of the product after the order is placed. Please be sure to check before placing your order.
